"I will take from this experience a greater recognition about the contribution that each one makes, and my own contribution as someone who is obviously physically challenged, yet who is also committed to self expression. I have been informed by others who are challenged that after seeing someone like them perform - perhaps they will consider it for themselves."

The "Tapestry Romps" provide a forum for joyful and meaningful community play that is safe and spontaneous and inclusive of all ages, experiences and backgrounds. This lively and interactive class is focused around improvisational forms in dance, movement, sound, and song. Moving together through guided exercises, we will have many opportunities for insight, release, and community sharing.

Alana Shaw will guide the process and live music will accompany us as we come together in the spirit of celebration of our selves and our community.
