Programs
Throughout the year Turning the Wheel offers free, introductory
classes in local schools, after-school programs, senior
centers, nursing homes, teen centers, mental health
centers, and programs for the mentally and physically

Tapestry
Classes
Tapestry Romps,
The "Tapestry Romps" provide a forum for joyful
and meaningful community play that is safe and spontaneous
and inclusive of all ages, experiences and backgrounds.
This lively and interactive class is focused around improvisational
forms in dance, movement, sound, and song. Moving together
through guided exercises, we will have many opportunities
for insight, release, and community sharing.
Alana Shaw will guide the process and
live music will accompany us as we come
together in the spirit of celebration of our selves and
our community.

Price: $10.00 per class, sliding scale
